Event Rental Information

The African American Museum is available for private use to the public after 5:00 p.m. Rates listed below are for four hours. Rentals begin when set-up starts and rentals conclude when clean up is complete and the last representative is gone.

Standard Rental Rates

Giddings Solarium	$350	50 maximum
AT&T Auditorium	$350	125 maximum
Lower & Upper Rotundas	$1,500	300 maximum
Maximum capacity is 300 people for a standing reception, 250 people seated without a dance area & 200 people seated with a dance area.

TABLE RENTAL
60" Round Tables	$7.50 ea.
30" x 6' Rectangular Tables	$5.50 ea.
Chairs must be rented from outside source	n/a

A deposit of $300 (non-refundable) is required to book the facilities and is due upon execution of the rental contract.

Balance of contract amount due 10 days prior to event.

MasterCard and Visa accepted.
